This set was designed as a project for Anthropologie. I was sent only a moodboard, which is in the photo below. After studying the board and getting inspired, I began collecting trim details and color swatches, and sketching concepts. The set includes a weekly desktop planner, ceramic pencil cup and mixed media journal. Each piece within the set was inspired by the heat of summer, with wavy lines evocative of beach umbrellas and illustrations of people swimming. The set was meant to make the Anthropologie customer feel as though she found her own secret and magical hidden hollow--a place where she could relax.
